Welcome to NUVYSKIN. The terms “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to NUVYSKIN. NUVYSKIN operates this store and website, including all associated information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). NUVYSKIN uses Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services to you.

The terms below, together with all policies referenced herein (these “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. Please read them carefully: they contain important information regarding your rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, you must not use our Services.

We represent our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen and its settings. Product descriptions may be modified at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product and to limit available quantities.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. NUVYSKIN reserves the right to accept or decline your offer. Your order is accepted only after our confirmation, and payment must have been received. Please review your order before submitting it: once accepted, cancellation may no longer be possible. In the event of a refusal or cancellation, we will notify you by email or telephone.

Section 4 — Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may be changed without prior notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as stated in your confirmation email. Prices displayed include all applicable taxes for deliveries within the European Union; customs duties or local taxes may apply to deliveries outside the European Union and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 business hours. The estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days after shipment. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a delay, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If 30 days have passed without delivery, we will issue you a full refund or reship your order, at your choice. Full details are available on the Shipping & Returns page.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Our Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and videos, are owned by NUVYSKIN or its licensors and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. These Terms authorize you to use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Section 7 — Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

You may have access to tools provided by third parties over which we have no control. These tools are provided “as is,” without any warranty from us. Our Services may also contain links to third-party websites for which we are not responsible. We encourage you to review their policies before entering into any transaction.

Section 8 — Relationship with Shopify

NUVYSKIN uses Shopify. However, all sales are concluded directly between you and NUVYSKIN: Shopify is not a party to transactions between you and us.

Section 10 — Reviews and Comments

By submitting ideas, suggestions, or reviews (“Comments”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute them. To the extent permitted by law, and without prejudice to the statutory warranties referred to in Section 14, NUVYSKIN's liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount of that order. We shall not be liable for indirect damages.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you may contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If no agreement can be reached, the competent courts shall be those designated by applicable law.
