Shipping

Free shipping is available throughout mainland France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and all of our international destinations.

The only exception is Réunion Island, where a €20 contribution applies and is displayed at checkout. Other French overseas territories are not currently served.

• Processing: your order is processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

• Transit: 5 to 8 business days after shipment.

• Tracking: a tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

Check Your Address

An incomplete address is the leading cause of delays. Make sure to include your street number and postal code, and add a phone number whenever possible. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. As long as the package has not been shipped, we can make the change.

If the Delivery Time Has Been Exceeded

Contact us with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed. If 30 days have passed without delivery, we will issue you a full refund or reship your order, at your choice.

Customs Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may apply and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Size Exchange

If the fit isn't right, the correct size will be shipped to you free of charge: you will not pay again for the item or its shipping.

The return of the item you received remains your responsibility. Contact us with your order number and the desired size, and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

If you are unsure between two sizes before placing your order, contact us. Tell us your bust measurement and body type, and we will recommend which size to choose. This is still the best way to avoid unnecessary returns.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to change your mind.

How to Proceed

1. Contact us at contact@nuvyskin.shop and include your order number and the item concerned.

2. We will respond within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions.

3. Return the item unworn, in its original condition, with its packaging.

The return address is provided by email on a case-by-case basis. A package returned without a prior request cannot be processed.

Who Pays What

• Size exchange: return shipping is your responsibility; reshipping the correct size is free of charge.

• Return for a refund: return shipping is your responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

• Defective, damaged item, or error on our part: all costs are covered by us, including return shipping and reshipping. Contact us as soon as you receive the item, preferably with a photo.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the return, within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will then depend on your bank.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision. Our 30-day policy applies in addition and is more favorable to you. The dedicated form is available on the Right of Withdrawal page.

Payment

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed by our payment service provider; no banking information is stored on our servers.
