Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision. Our 30-day return policy applies in addition and is more favorable to you: in most cases, it is easier to use this policy.

Write to us at contact@nuvyskin.shop, stating your order number and the item concerned. We will respond within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions on what to do. No form is required.

What happens next

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and provide you with the return address.
You return the item within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.
We will refund you using your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the package, within 10 business days.

Return shipping costs: are your responsibility under the right of withdrawal. If you simply want a different size, let us know: the correct size will be shipped to you free of charge; only the return of the item received remains your responsibility. If the item is defective or does not correspond to your order, all costs are covered by us.
