For an existing order

Include your order number in your message. This allows us to provide you with an accurate response from the very first contact, without unnecessary back-and-forth.

For a Size Exchange

Contact us with your order number and the size you would like. The correct size will be shipped to you free of charge — you will not pay again for the item or its shipping. The return of the item you received remains your responsibility.

For a Return

Contact us at contact@nuvyskin.shop with your order number and the item concerned. We will provide the return address and instructions by email. For a return resulting in a refund, return shipping is your responsibility; the refund will be issued once the package has been received and inspected. If the item is defective or does not correspond to your order, all costs are covered by us.
