Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, with its tags, and in its original packaging. Your order number or proof of purchase will be required.

Size Exchange

If the fit isn't right, the correct size will be shipped to you free of charge: you will not pay again for the item or its shipping. The return of the item you received remains your responsibility.

Write to us with your order number and the desired size, and we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

How to Request a Return

Write to us at contact@nuvyskin.shop, stating your order number and the item concerned. We will respond within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions. Items returned without a prior request cannot be processed.

Who Pays What

• Size exchange: return shipping is your responsibility; reshipping the correct size is free of charge.

• Return for a refund: return shipping is your responsibility. We do not provide a prepaid return label.

• Defective, damaged item, or error on our part: all costs are covered by us, including return shipping and reshipping.

Damages and Issues

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it. A photo can help us process your request more quickly.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and personalized items cannot be returned. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before returning the package.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision. Our 30-day policy applies in addition and is more favorable to you. The dedicated form is available on the Right of Withdrawal page.

The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, with its tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs under the right of withdrawal are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will then depend on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@nuvyskin.shop.
